I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the quirky mezzanines with tables and chairs were a fun touch, the room felt a bit cramped and dark. The service was hit or miss as the staff was very nice and helpful but seemed busy with other responsibilities. The location was unbeatable, right next to the historical Ribe Cathedral, but the breakfast served was dull, and the timing was not great for sleeping in. Overall, a unique stay with both ups and downs.
